DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and tracking details are shared once your order is shipped.
Yes. All duties and taxes are covered by us. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE
We accept returns only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Worn, damaged, or soiled items are not eligible.
Non-returnable items include:
Pre-order, made-to-measure or personalized items, and selected designer pieces that allow returns only for defects upon delivery.
If a defect is verified, we will offer an exchange for the same design, subject to availability.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our Shopping Assistant with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Pre-order, made-to-measure, personalized items, sale items, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, and Tabby. Promotional codes are valid according to their terms and cannot be combined with other offers. Installment options are available through Tabby and can be selected at checkout.
